  1. Personnel Hearings (rescheduled from 3/7/2019)
    1. Melissa O'Brien (Director of Special Education, Central Office)Motion by Gregory Boggs and seconded by Jeffrey Tanner to go into closed session for a Personnel Hearing as per WV Code 6-9A-4(b)(2)(B). Motion carried. (6:01 pm)Motion by Jeffrey Tanner and seconded by Gregory Boggs to return to open session. Motion carried. No action was taken in closed session. (6:31 pm)
    2. Rhonda Haines (Secretary III, Central Office)Motion by James Minney and seconded by Eileen Richardson to go into closed session for a Personnel Hearing as per WV Code 6-9A-4(b)(2)(B). Motion carried. (6:33 pm)Motion by Eileen Richardson and seconded by Gregory Boggs to return to open session. Motion carried. No action was taken in closed session. (6:57 pm)
  2. New Business for Consideration and Possible Action
    1. Consideration of Agreements with Roane County Sheriff regarding SRO and PRO programs for 2019-20
