Public attendance is welcomed and encouraged. This meeting is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the County School System's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. Per Roane County Board of Education Policy 020, a time for public participation is provided during regular meetings only unless otherwise noted on this agenda. The Board reserves the right to amend this agenda with emergency personnel/financial matters which may arise after publication.

      1. Programmatic Lead Teachers - Extend contracts to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      2. Summer Meal Delivery Bus Operators - Extend contracts to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      3. Summer Reading Interventionists - Extend contracts to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      4. ESY Speech Language Pathologist - Extend contract to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      5. ESY Teacher of Severe / Profound Handicap - Extend contract to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      6. School Social Worker (Summer) - Extend contract to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
      7. Teacher / Tutor of English Language Learners (Summer) - Extend contract to terminate August 27, 2020, instead of August 7, 2020
    5. Create additional position of Custodian III to be assigned so as to reconfigure current position assigned to Geary and Walton Elementary / Middle Schools and result in an additional full-time position for each school and elimination of the shared position
