   1. Positively ChargedRoane County FFA attended the FFA National Convention in Indianapolis, IN. Our Agronomy Team earned Gold medals, , which ranked them in the top 10 in the nation. This team included Katie Cummings, Laci Mitchell, Luke Smith and Levi Hunt. Our Forestry Team included Ben Greathouse, Leeanna Rucker, and Jillian Miller, and earned Silver medals, which is within the top 40-50 in the nation.

7. Superintendent's RemarksThe SMS Planning Committee met with Thrasher. We were able to see a fly-thru video of the building. They are still trying to work on a distributable video. Next, they will work on getting design documents drawn up. At GEMS, we met with Thrasher and the Contractor concerning the drainage out back. We will be getting a subcontractor to work on that part, but there is no timeline yet. They will get that done as soon as possible. Starting next week, the current SMS roof and safe school entrance bids will be advertised. Bids open the week after Thanksgiving. Boggs Roofing sounds interested and will probably put in a bid.
