    1. Student expulsion hearing #20221128Motion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by James Minney to go into closed session as per WV Code 6-9A-4(b)(3) for student expulsion hearing #20221128. Motion carried. (6:00 pm)Motion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by Daris Harper to return to open session. Motion carried. (7:11 pm)
  2. Adjournment
    1. Adjourn until the next regular board meeting on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at 6:00 pm at Spencer Elementary School.Motion by Eileen Richardson and seconded by Dennis Carpenter to approve. Motion carried. (7:12 pm)
