    1. Superintendent's Evaluation for 2022-23Motion by James Minney and seconded by Daris Harper to go into executive session to discuss the Superintendent's Evaluation for 2023-2023 school year. Motion carried. (6:01 pm)Motion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by James Minney to return to open session. Motion carried. No action was taken in closed session. (10:22 pm)This item will be tabled until the next meeting on Thursday, February 23, 2023.
    2. Consideration of Superintendent Contract This item will be tabled until the meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023.
  3. Adjournment
