   1. Tour of the new Spencer Middle SchoolAmanda Cheuvront of The Thrasher Group and Beau Henderson and Brian Craig of City Construction led a tour of the new Spencer Middle School and later thanked the Board for the partnership that has made the construction of this new facility possible.
   2. Positively ChargedAppalachian Vision Outreach Program (AVOP) conducted a free eye exam event at SMS for students. Over 130 students received a free exam and over 100 will receive new glass for only a $20 co-pay.
   3. Public ParticipationRCHS parent, Melinda Parkins gave us an update on her continued issue concerning Policy 223 and with obtaining LSIC minutes

Consideration of Offers for the Madison Avenue Complex and Capitol Street ComplexMotion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by Daris Harper to go into closed session to discuss property matters, as per WV Code 6-9A-4(b)(9).
