  7. Superintendent's RemarksAt the RJTC Administrative Council meeting yesterday, a bid was approved for Building E construction. The county Balanced Scorecard report should be released in 2 weeks at the October WVBE meeting. WVASA is developing a proposal to amend the home school laws. There was a lockdown at RCHS today to enable the WVSP Canine unit to perform a drug search. As a precaution, students were kept in their classrooms. There was no threat on the school.
