2. 2025-26 School Calendar
   1. Review and possible revision of 2025-26 school calendar as a result of policy waiver process for WV code 18-5-45Motion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by Dennis Carpenter to rescind the action taken at our board meeting on February 5, 2026 concerning school calendar changes. Motion carried. (4:26 pm)Motion by Dennis Carpenter and seconded by Eileen Richardson to convert from the original calendar approved for the 2025-26 school year, converting April 17th to an in-school education day, June 1st into a PL day, June 2nd into a CD day, June 3rd into a TP day, and June 4th into a Prep Day. Motion carried. (4:28 pm)
3. Adjournment
   1. Adjourn until the special board meeting on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 5:50 pm at Roane County High School. The next regular meeting is on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 6:00 pm at Roane County High School.Motion by James Minney and seconded by Daris Harper to approve. Motion carried. (4:28 pm)
