At GEMS, there is some shoring work needed and structural work in the front area, but moving along. As far as our current SMS, we've taken a look at the roof. We hope to get the roofing bid together soon. With the new SMS, we now have a preliminary floorplan. We are working with the SBA for initial approval on the direction we are headed. Our floorplan looks like it cooperates with the committee and is under budget by $4,900 and 200 square feet. Thrasher is now working on a 3D floorplan that gives a simulated tour of the school. The committee will review it before we present it to the public.
