      • "Students of the Month" for July 2023
      The first day of school went smoothly. Much credit is given to our maintenance and custodial crew who worked hard to get our schools ready for opening.
   2. Public ParticipationRCHS Soccer athletes, Madison Lawson, Addison Parkins, Gwendolyn Cox and Joscelyn Cox requested that the soccer season be reinstated, which was cancelled due to a lack of players. They hope to start their season late with the new recruits. Parent and coach, Rodney Cox, requested an all call to students seeking other interested athletes, as well as reaching out to Faith Christian Academy.

8. Superintendent's RemarksThe start of school went smoothly yesterday. There were a few maintenance issues. The science classroom at WEMS needs a new compressor, which is on order. There is an intercom issue at RCHS, which looks like we may need to replace it. Between Ms. Stellato and I, one of us will be in each school every week. We meet with administrators on Tuesday morning and we have a list of issues to focus on.
