   2. Public ParticipationDonna May (RCHS secretary), Theresa Parker(teacher), spoke in support for the arts and have requested to be on the next agenda. Sara Stricklen (WEMS counselor), Suzanne Rector (WEMS teacher), Susan Ellison (WEMS teacher), and Jamie Brisendine (WEMS custodian) voiced concerns about the personnel planning for the 2024-25 school year. Melinda Parkins (RCHS parent) spoke on her continued concerns on Policy 223 and LSIC parent involvement.

   1. Faculty Senate Minutes (February 19, 2024)The minutes for the five Faculty Senate meetings will be sent out once they are received.
7. Superintendent's RemarksWe made a payment to Doughtery Company for the continued preparation for the HVAC project at RCHS. We are waiting for a few items to arrive, including the units, so we can start this ESSERF project next week. For legislative matters, I've been in contact with Delegate Moore concerning some lighting issues at RCHS and GEMS. Looks like there is some positive movement there. We will also be requesting radios that are SIRN-compatible for some of the schools to address some communication concerns. Senator Jeffries and Delegate Moore toured the BOE Central Office last week, on behalf of the County Commission.
