   1. Positively ChargedTomorrow is the last day of this year's summer program. This was the first summer with Energy Express in all 3 attendance areas (Spencer, Geary and Walton) and the first summer that we extended the SOLE program from 4 to 6 weeks.

   1. Roane Jackson Technical Center Administrative Council (7/16/2024)A new substitute teacher and a carpentry / general building construction instructor were hired, change orders on construction were discussed, and the CDL Instruction Handbook was approved. There was a 20% reduction in the budget in adult programs. The water plant project is about to be completed. New building E is being constructed, but with difficulties getting approvals before going to bid. The final approval is now pending FEMA approval. Lastly, National Skills USA and National Educator's RISING Conference results were reported.
7. Superintendent's RemarksThe Pup Rally is officially set with First Lady Cathy Justice's office for Wednesday, August 14th, at 11:00 a.m. Invitations will go out and refreshments will be provided by a local sponsor. Our maintenance team has been moving items into the new Spencer Middle School and classrooms are being prepped.
