- Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in the classification or assignment of the individual(s) to be mentored.
- Must not be in a direct supervisory relationship with the individual(s) to be mentored and/or his/her/their direct supervisor(s).
- Responsibilities
- Provide support, guidance, and training to the individual(s) to be mentored.
- At the discretion of the direct supervisor of the individual(s) to be mentored, model skills, simulate job tasks, and/or facilitate job shadowing for the individual(s) to be mentored as / if needed.
- Report concerns and suggestions for further support and development to the direct supervisor of the individual(s) and/or Superintendent as / if needed.
