Complete this form to request to use a school facility(ies). Your request will be reviewed by the principal of the school and the Superintendent prior to approval. You will receive an email confirming your request and another email whenever your request is either approved or denied.
In general, use of school facilities may be requested by any non-profit, government, or community group or agency that will not engage in political activity nor use the facility for a fundraiser, unless such a fundraiser is hosted by a school-affiliated group.
