Qualifications
- Must hold a minimum of an Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to use technology-enhanced and technology-enabled tools and applications.
- Licensure as a social worker, counselor (school or mental health), student support personnel, or other similar field is preferred.
- Demonstrated, successful experience in social services, community engagement, and/or non-profit support services is preferred.yment in the grade(s) addressed by the program at this site preferred.
Responsibilities
- Engage a school support team that works closely with school administrators, staff and teachers in the implementation of the CIS model.
- Lead the annual needs assessment process.
- Lead the development and implementation of the school support plan.
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of evidence-based services based on best practice and risk factor research.
- Monitor and adjust services.
- Evaluate the effectiveness at achieving school and student individualized goals.
- Lead the School Support Team in annual reporting.
- Maintain communication with county and school administrators as it relates to relevant financial accounts and transactions.
