    Qualifications

    1. Training in the Science of Reading
    2. Experience with PBIS

    Responsibilities

    1. Utilize knowledge in the Science of Reading and the Mathematical Habits of Mind to plan and facilitate, small-group and individualized instruction and intervention in ELA and Math
    2. Plan and facilitate enrichment activities and programs that utilize the K-3 WVCCR standards
    3. Plan, facilitate and participate in recreational activities
    4. Record and use relevant data sources to evaluate program effectiveness, drive decision making and recommend programmatic changes
    5. Administer assessments as needed
    6. Supervise students
    7. Communicate with parents and plan family engagement experiences
    8. Collaborate with school administrators, counselors, and other school personnel as needed.
