    Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education required
    2. Certificate or degree in STEAM Education required
    3. Deomonstrated knowledge of science, technology, engineering, arts integration, and mathematics content.
    4. Experience working with elementary-age students in the area of STEAM.
    5. Experience with coding, robotics, makerspace tools, or digital design.
    6. Experience implementing technology-rich instruction or digital literacy initiatives.
    7. Training in project-based learning or inquiry-based instruction.

    Responsibilities

    1. Develop and implement a rigorous, standards-aligned STEAM curriculum.
    2. Provide hands-on, inquiry-based instruction that promotes exploration, experimentation, and innovation.
    3. Incorporate technology tools such as coding programs, robotics, digital media, engineering kits, and design software.
    4. Plan and facilitate project-based learning activities that integrate multiple STEAM disciplines.
    5. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support cross-curricular integration of STEAM concepts.
    6. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment that encourages student curiosity and risk-taking.
    7. Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessments.
    8. Manage STEAM classroom materials, lab equipment, and technology resources.
    9. Participate in professional development to stay current on best practices in STEAM education.
    10. Communicate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
    11. Perform additional duties as assigned by administration.
