    Qualifications

    1. Must hold or be eligible to hold a West Virginia Professional Administrative Certificate.
    2. Demonstrated success as a school or county leader is required.
    3. Demonstrated success implementing a school-based intervention and enrichment program is preferred.

    Responsibilities

    1. Together with county leadership, work to develop strategies and materials to support students and SOLE program staff in a variety of learning experiences.
    2. Together with county leadership, develop plan for SOLE program sites, including staff and student expectations, policies, and procedures.
    3. Provide administrative oversight to SOLE program sites throughout the county, including conducting in-person and /or virtual meetings with staff, visiting all sites regularly, and addressing concerns relevant to the SOLE program as they are received from staff, students, and families.
    4. Act as direct supervisor and evaluator to all SOLE program staff during the performance of their duties related to the SOLE program.
    5. As / if needed, provide direct instructional or supervisory support for students in the unexpected absence of SOLE program staff.
    6. Support colleagues in respective programmatic area through professional development opportunities, professional learning communities, and individual communications.
    7. Demonstrate behavior that reflects established professional responsibilities (i.e. attendance, punctuality and verbal/nonverbal communication).
    8. Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and analyses as required.
    9. Attend meetings, conferences, and professional development opportunities as required.
    10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent.
