Lead Speech-Language Pathologist

    Qualifications

    1. Must possess a West Virginia Professional Student Support Certificate endorsed for Speech-Language Pathologist.
    2. Demonstrated, successful experience as a school speech language pathologist strongly preferred.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provide professional support, guidance, and advice to beginning and experienced speech-language pathologists as needed.
    2. Working with the Director of Student Support Services and other speech-language pathologists as needed, coordinate the scheduling and delivery of speech-language pathology services throughout the county as provided by Board-hired or Board-contracted speech-language pathologists. with caregivers and students as appropriate to promote program and recruit participants.
    3. Working with the Director of Student Support Services and Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum & Instructional Support, coordinate and, as needed, provide direct data entry in support of record keeping and monitoring of hearing screenings and other audiological services as required by federal and state laws and policies
