Qualifications

1. Demonstrated success in the classification or assignment of the individual(s) to be mentored.
2. Must not be in a direct supervisory relationship with the individual(s) to be mentored and/or his/her/their direct supervisor(s).

Responsibilities

1. Provide support, guidance, and training to the individual(s) to be mentored.
2. At the discretion of the direct supervisor of the individual(s) to be mentored, model skills, simulate job tasks, and/or facilitate job shadowing for the individual(s) to be mentored as / if needed.
3. Report concerns and suggestions for further support and development to the direct supervisor of the individual(s) and/or Superintendent as / if needed.
