Policy 390 - Charter Schools

Effective July 1, 2020
Any charter school application received by the Board shall be considered as directed in West Virginia Board of Education Policy 3300. The Board reserves the right to refer any such application directly to the West Virginia Department of Education for consideration under WVBE Policy 3300.
