Policy 451 - Voter Registration

The Board recognizes that a primary goal of public education is to prepare students to actively participate in a democratic society, which involves functioning within the democratic process.
An onsite voter registration at each high school shall be cooperatively scheduled each school year by the principal and the Office of the County Clerk at an appropriate time during each school year, but no later than forty-five days before a statewide primary election held during a school year.
