    Policy AG 250i - Adoption of Primary Instructional Materials

    Adopted on February 7, 2019

    Effective February 7, 2019

    1. Primary instructional materials shall be defined as those materials adopted and approved by the Board of Education for a particular course or program of study and which are used to provide the majority of instructional guidance or delivery in the initial two tiers of instruction under the Multi-Tiered System of Support.
    2. The Board shall adopt primary instructional materials pursuant to state law and policy.
